Welcome to Graig-y-Saeson
The site extends to some 250 acres of well drained undulating land, bounded by the M4 motorway to the south east, the A4702 trunk road to part of the northern perimeter with other boundaries either adjoining woodland or farm land. The topography of the site is varied and undulating, and slopes to the east / south east. The majority of the site commands a superb elevated position overlooking a mature landscape with the significant new developments surrounding Tredegar House to the south, with views of the Bristol Channel and English Coastline in the distance.
Due to the topography of the site, the interesting features which form part of the site; including two ancient monuments, the strategic location and the superb panoramic views, it has been established that the site is extremely suitable for an 18 hole golf course which would utilise an area of approximately 120 acres.
